Inscription: SÉANCE EXTRAORDINAIRE TENUE PAR LOUIS XVI, AU PALAIS, / Le 19 Novembre 1787. / Le Roi fait enregistrer un Edit portant création d'un Emprunt pendant cinq ans. Lorsqu'il eut prononcé d'autorité l'enregistrement, le Duc d'Orléans / se leva, et demanda au Roi si c'etoit un Lit de Justice, ou une Séance Royale. Il lui fut répondu Roy.le Alors il protesta contre cet enregistrement comme illegal. //
