Inscription: inscription : printed : lower centre & recto : : ANNE TURNER, / EXECUTED AT TYBURN, NOV. 15, 1615 [semicolon] / Accurately copied from a Unique Print, a Wood-cut, in the / Library of the Antiquarian Society. / This infamous woman was the widow of a physician who, being reduced to great want, was prevailed on by the Countess of Essex to / procure poison for the purpose of despatching Sir Thomas Overbury, / a prisoner in the Tower of London, of which offence she was found / guilty, and suffered death at Tybrun, Nov. 15, 1615. / PUBLISHED BY J.
