Inscription: Recto: all in artist’s hand: upper centre edge, grey ink: “F”; centre, brown ink: “A”; below that, areas of plan labelled in grey ink “C” three times and “D”; below that, brown ink: “B.” and below that, grey ink: “E”; lower centre, brown ink: scale numbered “5 10 20 30 40 50” and “100” flanked by “Scala di P.i” on the left and “Romani d’Arch.to”; lower centre margin, grey ink: “Pianta del Palazzo d.o il Pignieto dell Ilmo. Sr. Marchese Sacchetti fuori di Porta angelica Hoggi in parte diruto Architettura / del celeberrimo S.r Cav. Pietro Berrettini da Cortona.
