Former handling edges (removed), Verso: lower centre, graphite: “172-10=214 P”. Mount (removed, recorded in file), Blunt’s hand: “cf similar drawing in plate 65 in / “Handzeichnungen alter Meister / aus Schweiten Privatbesitz” / (exhibitions at Bremen and Zurich in 1967 //”.
