Verso: upper centre edge, graphite, faded and mostly illegible: “Y[…] Dea[…] / Nic[…] //”; lower left corner, graphite, abraded and mostly illegible: “12 […] / G[…] //”.

Collector's mark: Verso: lower left corner, stamped in black ink: Sir John Witt (L.646a).
