Inscription: Recto, with large illuminated initial 'D' and smaller illuminated 'D', gold ink: Deus in adiuto / ru[m] meu[m] i[n]tende. / Domine ad / adiuvandum me festina. Continued on verso with illuminated initials 'G', 'S', 'U' and 'M': Gloria patri et filio et spiri / tui sancto / Sicut erat in principio / et nunc, et semper, et in secu / la secula seculorum amen. Alleluẏa. ẏmnus. [this last word in blue ink] / Ueni creator / spiritus / mentes tuorum visita / imple superna gratia que / tu creasti pectora / Memento salutis auctor / q[uod] nostri condam [sic for 'quondam'] corporis / ex illibata virgine nascen .
