Verso (backing sheet): lower right corner, graphite: “Lk”. Mount (removed but still mounted with the drawing), Recto: upper left corner, graphite, cut off: “[…]88”; lower right, graphite: “Isaac Fishes 1677 – 1705. (monogr.)” and below that in green crayon, an approximation of Fisches’ monogram?; left lower edge, graphite, cut off: “[…]5”; lower left corner, adhered on a separate strip of paper and typewritten in black, cut off: “ISAAC FISHES / 1677 – 1705 / […]”; lower right edge, graphite, Witt's hand, cut off: “Coll Winckler”.
