Inside mount (not visible - see photo): lower centre, graphite, hard to read: "Brown frame [...] raised [...] #8 / Overmnt" ["#8 / Overmnt" repeated on the outer edge of the mount at lower right as well]. Mount (historic), Verso: lower right, graphite, circled: "E.1432".
Collector's mark: Removed, now glued to current mount: stamped in black: Sir Robert Witt (L.2228b).
