Collector's mark: Support (historic), Verso: lower left corner, stamped in black: Sir Robert Witt (L.2228b).

Watermark: lower centre: circle containing 6-pointed star with a circle at its centre; appears to be a mark above the circle, possibly a cross (difficult to securely identify as obscured by backing support, but could be a smaller variant of Briquet 6089 - dated 1585/88).
