Inscription: Recto: upper right corner, brown ink, appearance of an album page number: "861". Verso: centre, graphite, underlined, L.G. Duke's hand: "Thomas Barker, of Bath, 1769-1847". Mount (removed, cut down and now in file): graphite, Colnaghi number and price: "A9938- / T/cx/- / £5/5/-".
