Inscription: Recto: within the drawing, lower left on wood, grey ink, signed and dated by the artist: "Backs 1664". Tracing of an inscription in file, says is on the verso of the drawing but is no longer visible, unclear in the tracing: “baÿle & longna J Toucheron L’ecit [?] / No 322”.
