Mount (removed, but still mounted with the drawing), Verso: upper centre, graphite, large: “Cornelis Saft-Leven / 1606-1661 (Ec. Hollandaise) //”; lower centre, graphite, Witt number: “1648”.
Collector's mark: Recto: stamped twice, at lower right within drawing, and at lower right edge (cut off when removed from mount, which can still be seen mounted with the drawing): Prince Wladimir Nikolaevitch Argoutinsky-Dolgoroukoff (L.2602d). Mount (removed, but still mounted with the drawing), Recto: lower left corner, stamped in black ink: Sir Robert Witt (L.2228b).
