Peter Bower on 2017 visit said is Van de Ley, 18th century - awaiting his final report). Backing sheet (removed, in portfolio from P&D): centre: “fun DE Made / B?RICHARD / DAMBERT / 1782 //” (similar watermarks in Heawood 3407-3412 are from Paris).
